Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to motivate a warehouse team at the NHS Supply Chain site in Maidstone. You will lead operations, develop staff, and ensure safety, quality and service standards are met while delivering strong customer outcomes.

The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, with a salary of £31,800 plus a 30% night shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, dental insurance and employee assistance.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our NHS Supply Chain site based in Maidstone. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, leading and developing your team, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our customer.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of £31,800 + 30% night shift allowance per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• Ensure the operation achieves all daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's, resulting in high-performance levels and the efficient and effective provision of a quality service to the customer
• Manage a team of direct line reports including delivering team member performance review, development and/or succession planning as appropriate
• Actively promote, take responsibility for embedding a culture of employee engagement within the team
• Ensure compliance to Warehouse, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and safe systems of work

What you need to succeed at GXO:
