Samworth Brothers is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader to guide a shift-based team of operatives, ensuring safe, accurate and timely delivery of warehouse operations. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and drive improvements in productivity and quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on management of attendance, coaching, and stock control to meet the warehouse plan. On-site position with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating colleagues.
• Ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve shared goals.
• Experience working toward operational targets and performance measures.
• Proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Monitor stock movements and support inventory accuracy
• Escalate operational issues promptly and support effective resolution

About The Role

At Samworth Brothers, our warehouse teams play a vital role in ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead a team of warehouse operatives and take ownership of day-to-day activities within your area, helping deliver the warehouse plan while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and service.
