Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a proactive Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Newton Abbot. You will lead and motivate a team to hit daily targets, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

This temporary role offers 42 hours per week on a 12-hour shift pattern (7am-7pm) with a two-week rotating schedule, including every other weekend. An opportunity to develop leadership experience in a busy production setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in manufacturing/production.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Proactive, can-do attitude focused on quality, safety and results.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
