Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Worksop operation. You will lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring service levels and customer requirements are met daily.

You will support the Shift Manager, drive KPIs, uphold health and safety standards, and coach colleagues to maximise performance. The role operates on a 4 on/4 off days shift from 07:00 to 19:00, with a salary of £28,505 per year plus a £2,000 shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience leading a team or supervising in a similar environment.
• Strong communication—ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams to deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.

• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance, ensuring processes and records are accurate.

• Support goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received and made available efficiently.
• Coach, develop and maximise team performance and progression.
• Support people processes including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with procedures.
