Job summary

Expect Logistics in Bradford is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to organise daily workloads, lead a busy warehouse and uphold safety and accuracy standards.

You will coach a team, optimise process flow, and ensure on-time despatch while meeting customer SLAs; experience with WMS and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of warehouse experience.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WMS and customer SLAs.
• Good IT skills, including Word and Excel.
• A positive, hands-on approach to leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate daily tasks across the warehouse team.
• Monitor productivity, stock accuracy and customer SLAs.
• Plan staffing around daily volumes and priorities.
• Train, coach and develop colleagues and new starters.
• Ensure SOPs and Health & Safety standards are followed.
• Support goods-in, picking, storage and despatch.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and provide clear shift handovers.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead and support our busy warehouse operation. You’ll organise daily workloads, motivate the team and help maintain high standards of service, accuracy and safety.

Salary:

£33 - 35K per annum

Day shift, any 5 over 7
