GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for its NHS Supply Chain site in Maidstone. The role focuses on motivating a warehouse team, delivering safety, quality and customer service, and driving performance against targets.

The position runs Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, with a salary of £31,800 plus a 30% night shift allowance and 25 days leave plus bank holidays. Benefits include dental insurance, a company pension, a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and an employee

• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• Ensure the operation achieves all daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's, resulting in high-performance levels and the efficient and effective provision of a quality service to the customer
• Manage a team of direct line reports including delivering team member performance review, development and/or succession planning as appropriate
• Actively promote, take responsibility for embedding a culture of employee engagement within the team
• Ensure compliance to Warehouse, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and safe systems of work

You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, leading and developing your team, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our customer.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00.
