Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd in Daventry is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy distribution centre. The role is full-time and permanent, paying £26,286 per annum, with training provided and potential overtime.

You will lead a small team, conduct stock accuracy audits across inbound and outbound deliveries, and drive quality and productivity targets while coaching staff and maintaining audit records. The ideal candidate has warehouse or auditing experience, strong attention to detail and good

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stock control, auditing, checking or dispatch experience
• Team leadership experience would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and basic numerical skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

Responsibilities

• Leading daily stock audits across pallets, cages and trailer loads
• Checking inbound and outbound deliveries for accuracy
• Ensuring daily quality and productivity targets are achieved
• Monitoring audit information to identify errors and trends
• Coaching and supporting your team, including regular 1:1s
• Maintaining accurate audit records
• Helping improve processes and standards across the operation
