Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Audit Team Leader to manage daily stock accuracy checks at a site-based distribution centre. You will lead a small team, ensure outbound stock matches paperwork, and drive performance.

The role involves coaching, maintaining audit records, and supporting continuous improvement on site. The ideal candidate will have warehouse audit experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead people.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with audit/stock control.
• Strong attention to detail and basic calculations.
• Experience leading a team and managing performance.
• Clear written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requirements.
• Verify incoming deliveries and highlight discrepancies quickly.
• Monitor audit data to spot trends, errors and performance gaps.
• Coach team members through weekly 1:1 supervision and feedback.
• Ensure daily KPIs are achieved across quality and output.
• Maintain clear documentation and audit records.
• Support continuous improvement and raise site standards.
