Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Audit Team Leader for a Daventry distribution centre. This hands-on leadership role will manage daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, ensure outbound loads align with paperwork and delivery requirements, and drive performance.

You will mentor a small team, monitor KPIs, maintain audit records, and support continuous improvement. The role is full-time, permanent, with salary £26,286 per annum and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with audit, stock control, or dispatch.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages, and loads.
• Verify outbound loads against driver paperwork and requirements.
• Monitor audit data to spot trends, errors, and performance gaps.
• Coach team members through weekly 1:1 supervision and feedback.
• Ensure KPI targets are met across quality and output.
• Maintain audit records and support on-site improvements.
