Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Audit Team Leader to join our site-based distribution centre in England. You will lead daily stock accuracy checks, ensuring goods leaving the depot match paperwork and delivery expectations, while supervising a small team.

You'll monitor KPIs, coach staff, and maintain clear audit records. The role offers full-time permanent employment, training, and opportunities for progression within a global stock integrity provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with audits and stock control.
• Strong attention to detail and basic calculations.
• Proven ability to lead a small team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stock accuracy audits on pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Verify outbound loads against driver paperwork and requirements.
• Monitor audit data and identify trends and gaps.
• Coach team members through weekly 1:1 supervision.
• Maintain audit records and enable continuous improvement.
