Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor for our Wakefield Depot to drive KPI performance and oversee order picking, stock rotation, and secure handling of products to ensure timely, accurate customer orders.

You will maintain GDP and OHS compliance, support training, and develop a multi-skilled team. The role requires standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 15 kg, with IOSH/First Aid and pension benefits preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience required.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI performance in quality and productivity.
• Oversee accurate order picking and stock rotation (FEFO).
• Ensure GDP, OHS, and QMS compliance.
• Support induction and training of warehouse staff to multi-skill the team.
