Job summary

Tutti Bambini, part of Heroes, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead one of two warehouse teams at our Milton Keynes site. You’ll drive daily plans, supervise inbound and outbound activities, and own shift admin including WMS transactions and reporting.

We’re looking for a strong leader with experience in warehouse operations, capable of coaching a team, improving processes, and ensuring safety and accuracy on all despatches.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Comfortable working across inbound and outbound operations.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and email; proficient with WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse shift, briefing targets and allocating work.
• Flex the team across inbound and outbound operations as workload changes.
• Act as first point of escalation for operational, quality and people issues.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping and shift rotation in line with policy.
• Deliver on-the-job training, buddying and cross-skilling for versatility.
• Support the Operations Manager with 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
