Job summary

Culina Group’s Great Bear Worksop operation is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation. In a fast-paced, modern environment you will drive shift performance, ensure productivity and service targets are met, and uphold health, safety and quality standards to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to achieve productivity, service and KPI targets.
• Promote health, safety, hygiene and compliance; ensure records are completed accurately.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication; support goods in and warehouse operations.
• Coach, support and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Support people processes in line with company procedures.
