Job summary

Colloids Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to ensure effective control and management of the warehouse area, upholding health and safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role involves leading picking/packing, raw material receipt, stock control, and driving continuous improvement. A minimum of 3 years in a team lead warehouse role and experience with ERP/WMS systems are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2+ or equivalent in Warehouse Management.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and underpinning principles.
• Minimum 3 years' experience at Team Leader or higher in Warehouse role.
• Competent IT user skills and good working knowledge of ERP systems - Priority and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage correct picking and packing of all customer orders in good condition.
• Oversee receipt of raw materials and storage areas for raw materials.
• Identify and resolve short- and long-term resourcing issues.
• Ensure maximum customer service and pro-active problem solving.
• Supervise daily safety checks for warehouse FLTs and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the Warehouse.
• Organise and manage stock takes and reconciliation of stock errors.
• Implement and maintain best practice through systems across the Warehouse.
• Control KPIs and supply monthly progress reports.
• Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of Warehouse and Distribution facilities.
