Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Crick is seeking a First Line Manager to lead a warehouse team within an automated distribution centre for a major fashion retailer. You will manage inbound through to dispatch, ensuring safety and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 07:00–15:00, with a salary up to £31,000 per annum and 33 days of annual leave, plus benefits including pension, medical/dental cover and more.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced logistics.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of warehouse operatives to meet targets.
• Coordinate inbound, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor performance, quality and productivity via KPI reviews.
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement and resource planning.
