RVT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Support Operative to join our hire operations team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on preparing hire equipment for dispatch, fitting accessories, and building kits to customer specifications, while ensuring items are clean, safe, and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities include packing, receiving goods, performing quality checks, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hire equipment for dispatch by checking condition, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Fit required accessories and components to main units according to job or customer requirements.
• Assemble part-build kits (where applicable), ensuring all components are included and secured.
• Accurately pick and pack hire orders based on dispatch notes or system-generated lists.
• Accurately receive goods and process and clean equipment.
• Perform quality checks on all outgoing items to ensure they are safe, clean, and ready for immediate use.
• Communicate with the hire desk, drivers, and other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Label equipment and complete relevant paperwork or system entries.
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe working area.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and contribute to a positive safety culture.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when required, including goods-in and stock rotation.
