Job Title: Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator / Administrator

Salary: £29,746

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00-16:30

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator / Administrator to join us on a permanent basis at our Grantham Depot. This role offers variety and opportunities for development into management.

Within our Resolutions team, you will be a key part of our Warehouse Operation, liaising with Suppliers and Stakeholders to ensure stock is received, recorded, and dispatched accurately and promptly.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with our internal Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance teams, as well as Suppliers and Customers, to manage inventory, update reports and costings, and monitor end-to-end delivery processes. Your goal is to ensure smooth logistics operations on-site.

The role requires proficiency in producing Excel-based charts and tables using standard templates, managing stock inventory duties, and assisting with report quality control. You will also handle outstanding documents from Depots and Suppliers, resolving anomalies, and managing customer calls politely and empathetically. Collaboration with Customer Service to resolve issues, and liaising with other departments to negotiate solutions for complex delivery challenges, are also key responsibilities. Experience with SAP, WMS, and Pickface Locations is advantageous but not essential.
