Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a combined warehouse and production operation in Irvine. You will manage a hands-on team, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining stock control and quality across manufacturing and despatch.

This role involves coordinating production, supervising technicians and warehouse staff, and driving continuous improvements in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Warehouse Operatives and Production Technicians.
• Plan and deploy staff to meet daily warehouse and production requirements.
• Oversee goods in, picking, packing, stock control and despatch operations.
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately, on time and in full.
• Manage stock accuracy, storage, labelling and stock rotation.
• Oversee the production and assembly of medical products.
• Maintain high standards of production and quality throughout the operation.

Are you an experienced Warehouse, Production or Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a combined warehouse and production operation within a rapidly growing manufacturing business?
