Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a fast-paced retail home store team. You will lead daily stock inflow and outflow to support sales targets, while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent organisation, and willingness to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. You will contribute to the store’s overall performance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or stockroom team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
• Willingness to work across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Able to move large items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team to move stock in and out to drive sales.
• Ensure a safe, productive working environment for the team.
• Coordinate collections, deliveries and donations to support store operations.
• Adapt to fast-changing store needs on a rota basis.
