Job description

Straight Forward Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor.

Located on the outskirts of Norwich, our client has been supplying high-end professional workwear since 1979.

They are now looking for the right candidate to take on this challenge and become a key part of the warehouse team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Experience with scanners, goods in/out documentation, and basic PC skills, including CRM systems.
• Candidates with a current Counterbalance Forklift certificate will also be considered.

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent role with a leading UK supplier.
• Lead a team within the warehouse.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, with potential shift times.
• Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Benefits: KPI performance-related bonus of up to £1000 per month.
