Job summary

AAH Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy team in Warrington, ensuring efficient distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. You will coach staff, manage resources, and uphold safety standards in a role that supports patient care.

The position is permanent with a day shift, up to 39 hours per week, with occasional Sunday cover. Competitive salary + benefits, onsite parking, and development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to ensure productivity and KPI targets are achieved.
• Plan and manage designated resources to carry out day-to-day work and meet service levels and branch targets.
• Ensure safe operation and upkeep of all warehouse equipment and maintain health and safety standards.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and regulatory compliance (GDP, MHRA) is met and ISO quality is maintained.
• Make decisions that positively affect branch performance in line with company values.
• Provide an excellent customer experience at all times.

About The Role

Warehouse Supervisor

Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor where you will be an integral part of the leadership team distributing pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our customers and patients. Permanent Contract – immediate start available.

permanent day shift with occasional Sunday cover when required, up to 39 hours per week, 5 days per week. Days Shift 16:00 to 00:00 (shift start and finish times may vary and occasional 6 day / shift may be required)

Basic qualifications & Skills required:
