We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Core Diagnostics Spare Parts Depot operations across the UK and Ireland. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service delivery.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for the safe and efficient management of warehouse activities, supporting our field service and customer operations teams to ensure timely delivery of essential diagnostic equipment components.
Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational objectives.
Establish clear performance expectations and monitor team performance against agreed KPIs.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Abbott quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory movements and warehouse processes to maintain operational efficiency.
Promote a customer‑centric culture that supports excellent service delivery.
Work proactively to minimise disruption and resolve operational challenges quickly.
Champion a culture of safety and compliance across all warehouse operations.
Ensure all work activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Support audits, inspections and quality system requirements.
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong people management and coaching skills.
Experience working within regulated or quality‑focused environments.
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceutical or similar industries.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse performance metrics.
Continuous improvement experience such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
