Countrywide Healthcare Barnsley is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will organize workloads, monitor productivity, resolve stock issues, manage attendance and training, and support continuous improvement. The role requires flexible rotating shifts and a hands-on approach to drive excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with coaching ability.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety.
• Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining records.
• Positive hands-on approach with focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility for rotating weekly shifts (6:00–14:30 or 10:00–18:30; weekend 6:00–14:30).

Competitive Salary

40hrs per week Rotating weekly shifts Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm or 10:00am – 6:30pm. Weekend rota 6:00am – 2:30pm Saturday and Sunday

We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Countrywide Healthcare Barnsley. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations while supporting and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service.

TheWarehouse Supervisorroleat Countrywidewill involve:

• Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team.

• Flexibility for shift patterns - Rotating weekly shifts, Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm or 10:00am – 6:30pm. Weekend rota 6:00am – 2:30pm Saturday and Sunday
