PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. Wakefield Depot is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive KPIs. Based in Wakefield, you will work 39.5 hours Mon-Fri 4pm-12am with 1 in 3 Sundays, at a base rate of £16.48 per hour plus supplements up to £20.60.

You will oversee order picking, stock rotation, GDP/OHS/QMS compliance, and staff training. Benefits include 22 days leave pro rata, Medicash, financial wellbeing tools, discounts, EAP, pension, and training schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse supervision/leadership experience.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

Warehouse Supervisor

39.5 hours, working Monday to Friday 4pm-12am, with 1 in 3 Sunday's

£16.48 base rate, with time based supplements totalling between £16.48-£20.60 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor to come join our Wakefield Depot . In this role you be important in ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, ensuring we exceed our customers’ expectations. Monitoring and ensuring all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail , gu aranteeing customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure , and timely manner.

The heart of the role

• Drive depot KPIs in quality and productivity while ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and optimal staffing for maximum efficiency.

• Oversee accurate order picking, stock rotation (FEFO), and secure handling of products, including credit returns and controlled drugs.

• Maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)

• Support the induction and ongoing training of warehouse employees, ensuring they are multi-skilled and equipped to meet operational demands.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
