Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. Wakefield Depot is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support local health supply chains for pharmacies, GPs and hospitals.

The role is based in Wakefield, 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with 1 in 3 Sundays 7am-1pm. Salary £12.82 per hour.

• Ability to prioritise own workload.
• Prior Experience in a Warehouse or Logistics setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.
• Standing/walking for most of the shift; ability to lift up to 15 kg.

Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.


• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.


• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
