Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours

Location: Sheffield, Dinnington

Shift: Monday-Friday / 13:00-21:30

Salary: £29,396

About this role:

This role ensures the safe and efficient movement of traffic within the various sortation areas, in accordance with work area requirements. It requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina, as it is a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your focus on detail will ensure parcels reach customers on time.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Management & reconciliation of warehouse activities (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
• Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
• Support bulk collection customer planning
• Support LGV transport rules & regulations
• Effective deployment of operational resources according to work area needs
• Achieve or exceed KPI targets for the work area
• Attend training and personal development courses

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communication skills for operational information exchange
• Good IT skills
