Fairfax Meadow in Derby is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, drive safety, accuracy and performance, and mentor a team of colleagues. You will plan rotas, develop skills, and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to raise service levels in a fast-paced food distribution setting.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive approach, strong IT skills, and a commitment to high standards to ensure orders are delivered safely, on time, and accurately.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, chilled logistics or FMCG.
• Confident people leadership and clear communication.
• A proactive approach and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Good IT skills, attention to detail and a focus on standards.
• Flexibility to work the stated 5-out-of-7 rota, including weekends.

Fairfax Meadow has been putting great meat on the menu for over 50 years. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our Derby operation, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately, safely and on time. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real scope to develop people and improve performance. A satisfying role As a Warehouse Supervisor, your leadership and organisational skills will be key to keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation, lead and motivate the team, and help drive standards across the warehouse. You'll also play an important role in developing your team's skills and knowledge, creating a positive working environment and ensuring we deliver against our targets. If you're a confident leader who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in getting the best from people, this could be the challenge for you.
