We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our site in Neath. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of operatives to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your responsibilities will include achieving operational KPIs within tight deadlines and driving improvements by engaging the team and promoting a positive culture.
This role requires someone capable of working under pressure, with a good analytical approach to work to deliver business results and meet performance and service levels. Successful candidates will have some team supervisory or people management experience and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Our site is fast-paced, requiring you to act independently and think on your feet. Your existing expertise in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management is valued. As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to find solutions, drawing on your previous experience to make sound operational decisions.
