Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

With over 50 years of operation and a turnover of £40 million last year, they are committed to growth, development, and maintaining strong relationships with employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of all goods passing through the warehouse.
2. Manage daily Cross-Dock operations and support the team.
3. Perform warehouse operations and complete necessary paperwork.
4. Process receipts and shipments promptly.
5. Maintain and improve the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
6. Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety standards.
7. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
8. Supervise a team to ensure roles are carried out effectively and targets are met.
9. Motivate, encourage, and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
10. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately for audit purposes.
11. Provide training to new employees and ongoing training as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience with Warehouse Inventory Management systems is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in standard IT packages.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and team skills.

Shift Pattern: 5 shifts from 7, Mid Shift, 2.00pm - 11.00pm (2 consecutive days off).
