Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join an established business based in Huntingdon.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate incoming goods, storage, and picking & dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the objectives and KPIs as determined by the reporting manager.
2. Ensure safe and efficient loading of company and sub-contractor vehicles.
3. Lead and promote health & safety practices within the warehouse.
4. Act as a key holder responsible for site security.
5. Participate in stock takes, usually once a year, which may include weekend work.
6. Perform general duties to maintain efficient warehouse and yard operations.
7. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Implement health and safety policies to ensure safe working conditions for staff, sub-contractors, and visitors.
