• Maintain Operational Standards: keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety checks.
• Collaborative Leadership: partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager/Manager to ensure smooth site operation.
• Ownership of Stock Integrity: ensure 100% accuracy across all counting areas.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brighton team. In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of our daily site operations, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring our loyal customers receive their household essentials as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the HOP Operations team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end management of our rapid grocery delivery sites, ensuring inventory accuracy and lightning-fast dispatch.

• Drive Dispatch Excellence: Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers.
• Manage Inventory Rigour: Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
• Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
• Ownership of Stock Integrity: Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.
