Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Swindon, Wiltshire to lead the warehouse team with a focus on goods-out and dispatch. The role offers autonomy as the business grows and works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Applicants should have prior warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience, strong goods-out/dispatch knowledge, and familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Office. IOSH and forklift experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, stock accuracy and operational performance.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and act as a first point of escalation.
• Ensure health & safety and warehouse procedures are followed.
• Use WMS, handheld scanners and Microsoft Office systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to efficiency and ways of working.
• Support and deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.

Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing and ambitious business in Swindon.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the warehouse team with a particular focus on goods-out and dispatch, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. This is a newly created role offering autonomy and the opportunity to help improve warehouse processes as the business continues to grow.

Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team
• Plan and allocate workloads to meet operational requirements
