Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to take ownership of production operations in a UK manufacturing setting. The role involves operating machinery, planning workloads, and coordinating day-to-day production activities.

You will oversee stock control, purchasing, supplier liaison, and health & safety training, while maintaining quality control systems and planning maintenance. This is a full-time position with scope to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Hands-on experience setting and running machinery.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• IT literate.
