Responsibilities include:

1. Leading by example and managing a small team.
2. Ensuring delivery times are met.
3. Managing assembly and repair of e-scooters.
4. Overseeing goods in and goods out processes.
5. Maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Motivating and leading the team effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in supervisory, team leading, or management roles, preferably within warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
2. Experience working within warehouse and manufacturing/production environments.
3. Knowledge of e-bikes or e-scooters is advantageous; mechanical background is also acceptable.
4. Ability to work towards targets and manage staff performance.
5. Proficiency in computer systems, particularly in-house systems.
6. Experience in logistics, distribution, and supply chain management.

Work Details:

• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
• Location: Felixstowe.
