We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be crucial in contributing to the sale of pre-loved items.
Our Warehouse Supervisors collaborate with the management team to achieve key objectives and ensure efficient stock movement to generate sales. You will need to respond quickly and positively to fast-changing situations, creating a safe and productive working environment.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you will help fund lifesaving research.
Our stores operate 7 days a week. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, on a permanent contract.
