Job Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your role is crucial to the success of the branch operation. Leading a team of General Assistants, you will drive exceptional performance and standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the General Assistant team.
• Ensure all warehouse areas comply with Health and Safety legislation.
• Work towards balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Maintain compliance with branch standards to ensure balanced performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to build necessary skills and capabilities.
• Conduct regular reviews to enhance colleague engagement and support development.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create a robust succession plan.
• Ensure effective recruitment to attract future talent.
• Deliver daily briefings to communicate key objectives and measures.
• Work approximately 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8am-4pm.

• Strong communication skills to develop customer and colleague relationships.
• Experience leading a warehouse operations team with a customer-first attitude.

• Understanding of P&L management and stock booking procedures.
