Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Deliveroo Hop

Launched in September 2021, Deliveroo Hop is our speedy grocery delivery service, aiming to deliver groceries in as little as 10 minutes, working with trusted grocers and a network of riders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing order picking to meet time targets
2. Communicating with riders to ensure prompt deliveries
3. Managing dispatch and supporting packing operations
4. Ensuring accurate scanning and claims logging
5. Unloading deliveries accurately and efficiently
6. Maintaining stock counts and storage organization
7. Partnering with management to ensure smooth operations
8. Keeping the warehouse clean and hazards addressed
9. Completing health and safety checks and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

1. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last mile delivery preferred but not required
2. Hands-on mentality and attention to detail
3. Ability to meet goals such as pick times
4. Punctuality and good attendance record
5. Leadership experience and ability to train others
6. Positive attitude and team contribution
7. Right to work in the UK
