Job description

Modern Edge Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our established clients based in the Aston area of Birmingham.

Duties:
- Supervise a small team of warehouse staff and daily activities
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations
- Train and evaluate warehouse workers
- Implement best practices for warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and materials handling
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Familiarity with business processes in a warehouse setting
- Knowledge of health & safety guidelines
- Good PC literacy including emails, Microsoft packages and internal systems
- Previous experience dealing with goods in/out
