Job summary

Phoenix UK Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for the St Albans Depot. The role involves assembling and picking customer orders, ensuring timely loading and shipment, and maintaining productivity and quality standards.

The position is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–7:30pm, with a base rate of £12.82 per hour plus supplements that may bring total pay to about £13.34–£16.35 per hour. You will stand/walk for most of the shift, lifting up to 15 kg, and supporting logistics to

Warehouse Operative

St Albans

20 hours, working Monday to Friday 3:30pm-7:30pm

£12.82 base rate, with regional and time based supplements totalling between £13.34-16.35 per hour

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our St Albans Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
