Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join our team at a customer distribution centre in Kettering. The role involves physically auditing pallets, cages, and loads, ensuring paperwork matches deliveries, and reporting any discrepancies, with a focus on accuracy and timely results.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, with full training provided and opportunities for overtime and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment.
