Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity in Worksop is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join the site-based team. You will perform daily physical stock checks, ensure pallets, cages and loads match paperwork, and help keep stock accuracy at the highest standard.

The role is full-time and permanent, based at the customer’s distribution centre. You will work 40 hours per week across five days, with a 30-minute unpaid break, in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression and overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies.
• Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Working to daily targets and quality standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment.
