Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team at a distribution centre in Northampton. You will physically check stock for accuracy, compare with paperwork, and document results to ensure pallets and loads match requirements before dispatch.

The role focuses on precise auditing, working to daily targets and quality standards, with training provided and opportunities for wage-draw options. Competitive salary and onsite facilities are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, auditing, picking, dispatch, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Must be aged 18+

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
• Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
• Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
• Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
• Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
• Working to daily targets and quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
• Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
