Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is hiring a Warehouse Stock Auditor at a customer distribution centre. You will perform daily physical stock checks, verify pallets, cages and loads against paperwork, and document discrepancies to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work to set targets. We offer full training, 37.5 hours per week, and a competitive £25,447.50 per annum salary with pension options and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with stock control or audit tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting stock.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verifying inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies.
• Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalating stock errors or mismatches promptly and professionally.
• Working to daily targets and quality standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Following site safety procedures in a mixed environment.
