Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting in Chelmsford for a role with 16-hour shifts and overtime opportunities. Typical attendance includes Friday and Sunday nights, handling parcels up to 30kg, and supporting loading/sorting activities for delivery routes.

You will start on £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour), rising to £27,561 after 6 months and potentially up to £30,000 with overtime.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour

• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)
