Job summary

myenergi is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our UK warehouse, reporting into the Head of Warehouse & Logistics. You will manage safety, training, stock control, and the accuracy of inbound, storage and dispatch activities to deliver first-class service.

Responsibilities include organising staffing, monitoring KPI performance, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor role in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• FLT licence and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team safety.
• Coach team and communicate expectations.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through warehousing operations.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
• Organise inventory, rotation and housekeeping.
• Track shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Maintain records and utilise reports for warehouse status.
• Track and report key warehouse KPIs.
• Order supplies timely.
• Monitor fuel, storage and truck maintenance costs.
• Ensure equipment is functional and logged.
