Pay Rate: £35,102 + Shift Premium

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am (flexibility required with needs of the business)

Location: Redhill - RH1 5EH

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to coordinate daily logistics requirements. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management and warehouse procedures, including volume order storage and dispatch.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

1. Assist operational management by initiating, monitoring, and reporting on warehousing activities and staff performance during your shift.
2. Manage and implement productivity by communicating job expectations, monitoring stock movement and control, ensuring deadlines are met safely and standards maintained.
3. Track and trace orders using digital tracking software, maintaining accurate records.
4. Monitor recruitment and initiate staff training, keeping records in line with company policies.
