I am recruiting for an experienced Freelance Nightshift Site Manager to support ongoing works on a highways infrastructure improvement scheme in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile highways and civil engineering project, working with a respected Tier 1 contractor.

Key Duties:
•\tOversee night-time operations to ensure progress aligns with programme targets.
•\tCoordinate sub-contractors and site personnel during out-of-hours work.
•\tMaintain site safety standards, signage, and compliance procedures.
•\tLiaise with the day team for seamless handovers and reporting.
•\tAddress and mitigate any issues arising overnight to avoid disruption to daytime works

The Candidate:
•\tSMSTS / First Aid / CSCS (Black/White Card )
•\tProven experience managing nightshifts on highways or civils schemes
•\tStrong organisational and communication skills
