Join Our Team as a Warehouse Shift Manager - Nights at Wayfair

We are excited to announce a new onsite location in Leeds and invite you to apply for the Warehouse Shift Manager - Nights position at Wayfair.

Location: Leeds
Working Hours: Midnight to 8am (Monday - Friday)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor - Nights, you will oversee night operations, lead daily dispatch, and ensure freight is processed, prepared, and shipped efficiently. You will manage Team Leaders, Associates, and Drivers to facilitate seamless freight processing and delivery. Monitoring KPIs, implementing process improvements, and acting as deputy for the Site Manager are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and dispatch processes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coach and manage warehouse staff, including training activities.
• Handle staff performance and conduct disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and operational performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure site health & safety compliance and conduct safety audits.
• Act as deputy for the Site Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial/supervisory experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to meet KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
