Operational Reporting - Maintain accurate shift reports and provide regular feedback to site leadership.
Cross-Shift Collaboration - Ensure smooth shift handovers and consistent performance across the 24-hour operation.

Comfortable working in a coldstore environment (approx. -20°C - PPE provided).
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
MHE licence is desirable but not essential.
