As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our distribution centre, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently 24/7. You'll champion the Asda culture and be a role model to your team, ensuring the right products reach the right store at the right time.

Responsibilities include driving performance, fostering teamwork, delivering coaching, supporting development within your team, and holding regular team huddles to keep everyone engaged and informed.
